FACILITY RENTAL DETAILS & PRICING

Facility Rental Rate: $100/hour.

Capacity: Up to 30 guests.

Parking: Up to 20 vehicles. Additional parking arrangements may be required for larger groups.

Space: Flexible open floor plan.

Rental approval is based on the type of activity, number of guests, requested hours, setup requirements, and availability. Rentals are intended for approved creative, educational, professional, wellness, and private uses. Additional fees may apply for special equipment, extended setup/cleanup, or other specific requests.
