Jeffrey Louis, also known as **B-Boy Jeffro**, is a Houston-born Olympic athlete, entrepreneur, fitness professional, and the **Founder and CEO of FitBreak**. In 2024, Jeffrey made history as a member of **Team USA at the Paris Olympic Games**, competing in breaking during the sport’s inaugural appearance at the Olympics. He advanced to the Olympic quarterfinals and finished fifth overall in the men’s individual competition. Before reaching the Olympic stage, Jeffrey established himself as one of the world’s elite breakers. His accomplishments include winning the **2022 FISE Montpellier World Series**, the **2022 Breaking for Gold Montreal Championship**, and earning **silver medals at the 2022 World Games and 2023 Pan American Games**. He also represented Team USA at the highest levels of international competition, helping establish breaking as both a competitive sport and a powerful form of creative expression. Jeffrey’s journey extends beyond competition. He created **FitBreak**, a fitness program that combines breaking and hip-hop movement with fitness exercises to promote strength, endurance, coordination, and overall wellness. His vision is to use his experience in sports and fitness to create opportunities and pathways for others. Alongside co-founder **Chris Cortez**, Jeffrey has helped create **Link Creative Space**, a community-focused environment designed to bring together fitness, creativity, education, entrepreneurship, and meaningful connections. Open Link was created to provide a space where individuals, artists, athletes, entrepreneurs, and organizations can share their skills, develop new talents, collaborate, and connect with the community.
